Here is our process:

• 1-2 weeks for custom shop drawings depending on size and intricacy
  
• Design process after markups on drawings
  
• Approved drawings and final designs, order materials 5-8 week lead time before on-site
  

Order materials:

• Sends G-code to CNC machines
  
• CNC mills it to 1/1000 inch of square inch
  
• Goes to the edge bander
  

Assembled:

• Goes through QC, laminating, then hardware
• Final inspections
  
• Loaded
  
• Delivered
• Everything is installed by Home Pride Cabinets, LLC employees
• No subcontractors used
  
• Drive HPC vehicles and use HPC tools

Estimating:

Estimation and Drafting:
After the initial estimate, the project is handed over to our drafting team. One of our draftsmen works on designing the project and addressing key details, collaborating closely with the General Contractor (GC) and project managers to ensure everything is accurate.

Approval and Material Ordering:
Once the drawings are signed off and approved, materials are ordered for the job.

Production and Installation:
The project is then sent to our production manager, who coordinates field measurements and oversees the final installation process.
