schedule 1-2 weeks for custom shop drawings depending on size and intricacy.

inventory_2 Upon approved drawings and final designs, we order materials (5-8 week lead time before on-site).

Our Step-by-Step Approach

We follow a rigorous and detailed process to ensure the highest quality results for your commercial cabinetry projects. Here is how we bring your vision to life from estimation to final installation:

Estimating & Drafting

After the initial estimate, the project is handed over to our drafting team. One of our draftsmen works on designing the project and addressing key details, collaborating closely with the General Contractor (GC) and project managers to ensure accuracy.

Approval & Material Ordering

Once the drawings are signed off and approved, materials are ordered for the job. G-code is sent to our advanced CNC machines, which mill materials to 1/1000 inch of a square inch before going to the edge bander.

Assembly & Quality Control

All pieces go through strict Quality Control (QC), laminating, and hardware application. Final inspections are thoroughly conducted to ensure our high standards are met before loading.
